On September 9, 2013,[3] we required the petitioners to file their Comment on the Motion For Reconsideration. However, as per CMIS Verification Report dated December 18, 2013,[4] no Comment has been filed by the petitioners.
There being no new matters raised in the Motion For Reconsideration to warrant the reversal of the aforementioned Decision,
and considering that the arguments advanced have been duly addressed
and judiciously resolved by the Court in the aforementioned Decision, the Court finds no cogent reason to grant the same.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Motion For Reconsideration is DENIED for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED.
