For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the Court En Banc dated 28 July 2008, in Administrative Case No. 5033, entitled “Mary Jane Doroin Velasco vs. Atty. Charlie Doroin and Hector B. Centeno”, to wit:
“IN VIEW WHEREOF, Atty. Charlie Doroin is SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY, and Atty. Hector Centeno is hereby DISBARRED.”
