Filed by petitioners is a Motion for Reconsideration relative to Our Decision dated October 15, 2014 denying their petition and sustaining the assailed Decision and Resolution of the NLRC.
For reasons already expounded in Our questioned Decision and there being no new, valid and cogent reason advanced by the movants that will compel Us to modify, much less, reverse Our said ruling, the subject motion should fail.
WHEREFORE, the foregoing considered, the said Motion for Reconsideration is hereby DENIED for lack of merit.
