The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with The Asia Foundation and the Women’s Legal Bureau, Inc., will conduct the “Capability Building for Rape Case Management” on November 19 to 22, 2002 at the Philippine Judicial Academy, Tagaytay City.

Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed two weeks after the seminar.
The Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire shall be allowed required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
