ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 100 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the HON. RODOLFO B. DIMAANO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 94, Boac, Marinduque, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61, Gumaca Quezon,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court.
The HON LEONARDO B. ANSALDO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38, Boac, Marinduque is hereby DESIGNATED
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 94, same
court, in addition to his regular duties in his own court effective
immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Dimaano or until
further orders from this Court.
Both judges shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
