RESERVING FOR PUERICULTURE CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF SULU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for puericulture center site purposes, under the
administration of the municipality of Jolo, subject to private rights, if any
there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the Municipality of
Jolo, Province and Island of Sulu particularly described in the Bureau of.

A parcel of land (lot 0 of plan Pr-1004-D,
G.L.R.O. record No. —————) situated in the barrio of Jolo Townsite,
municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu. Bounded on the NE., by street (no
name); on the SE., by Calle Muralla, 20.00 meters wide; on the SW., by street
(no name), lots 8, 7, G, and 5 of plan Pr-1004-D, and on the NW., by lots 8, 2
and 1 of plan Pr-1004-D. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 47°
10′ W., 186.41 meters from B.L.L.M. 2, municipality of Jolo, Sulu, thence N.
40° 04′ W., 23.69 meters to point 2; thence N. 42° 30′ E., 24.02 meters to
point 3; thence N. 47° 56′ W., 7.03 meters to point 4; thence N. 47° 56′ W.,
5.82 meters to point 5; thence N. 49° 10′ W., 5.55 meters to point 6; thence N.
40° 37′ W., 8.52 meters to point 7; thence N. 33° 11′ E., 4.66 meters to point
8; thence N. 26° 42′ E., 16.60 meters to point 9; thence N. 29° 10′ E., 12.44
meters to point 10; thence N. 29° 10′ E., 2.29 meters to point 11; thence S.
63° 20′ E., 59.61 meters to point 12; thence S. 41° 14′ E., 2.50 meters to
point 13; thence S. 41° 14′ W., 75.64 meters to the point of beginning;
containing an area of 2,933 square meters, more or less. All points referred to
are indicated on the plan Pr-1004-D and are marked on the ground as follows:
points 11 and 12, by intersections with center lines of walls and the rest, by
P. L. S. Cyl. concrete monuments. Bearings true, declination 1° 48′ E., date of
survey, August 25, 1948 and that of the approval, October 15, 1948.
