SINGH, J.:
In this Court’s Resolution dated November 10, 2014,[3] petitioner was directed to pay P330.00 for insufficient docket fees, which petitioner complied with on December 17, 2014 (with an excess of P20.00).[4]
With the compliance of petitioner, she is hereby given a non-extendible period of fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof to submit her verified Petition for Review.
WHEREFORE, the Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review is GRANTED. The petitioner is given a non-extendible period of fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof to submit her verified Petition for Review.
The cash division of this Court is DIRECTED to RETURN to petitioner or counsel the amount of P20.00, representing the excess payment of docket fees.
