PROCLAMATION NO. 453, August 29, 2003
DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 1, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
