Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Public Market and Integrated Bus Terminal under the ownership of the Municipality of Cabadbaran, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Mabini, Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot No. 1592-A, Csd-13-001837-D
(identical to Lot 9355, Cad-866-C-7)

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1592-A, Csd-13-001837-D being a portion of Lot No. 1592, Cad-866, C-7, Cabadbaran Cadastre) situated in the Barangay of Mabini, Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North and East 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18 by Creek; and on the West along lines 18-19-20 by Lot 1592-B, Csd-13-001837-D.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan Csd-13-001837-D being S. 83-00′E., 1313.84 m. from BLLM #1, Cad-866. Thence:

S. 20 Deg. 04′ W.,     23.00 m. to point 3;
N. 41 Deg. 15′ W.,     20.18 m. to point 4;

containing an area of THIRTY THOUSAND (30,000) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on plan and marked on the ground as follows: 1 and 20 by PS cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. and the rest by stakes and right bank of creek. Bearings Grid, date of originally survey March 18, 1985 to July 20, 1986 and that of the Subdivision Survey March 13, 2004 executed by Fiel Balbes Geodetic Engineer and approved on March 26, 2004.
