Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Republic Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred and fifty-nine, entitled
“An Act granting Pedro Bangug a franchise for an electric light, heat and power system in the Municipality of Cabagan, Province of Isabela,” is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
