REVISED TEC/VISA APPLICATION
National Administrative Register [ GTEB MEMORANDUM NO. 00-07, S. 2000, June 02, 2000 ]
Effective June 19, 2000, all manufacturers/exporters are required to use the revised application form for TEC/Visa.
Basically, the revision is confined on-the first page of the TEC/Visa form to indicate the following information for internal purposes:
- Names of Processor/Statistician
- TEC/Visa No.
- Date issued
- Penalty
- Hold release/Pending
No TEC/Visa application will be processed unless the revised form is used.
