REVISION OF THE RATES OF FEES CHARGED AND COLLECTED BY THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION
2. Said resolution was approved for immediate implementation by the President under Administrative Order No. 369 dated May 15, 1998. Copies of PRC Resolution No. 98-560* (including Annex 1, Proposed Revised Schedule of Administration Fees and Charges) and AO No. 396 are hereto attached for ready reference.
3. The revised fees cover the following: examination fee, registration fee, annual license fee, replacement fee, certification fee, docket fee, inspection fee, registration of CPA Firms and Partnerships as provided in Board Resolution No. 38, s. 1990 and accreditation fee.
4. Attention is particularly invited to the revised fee of P300.00 being charged to incumbent teachers as of December 16, 1994 who failed to file their applications for the issuance of temporary special permits on September 19, 1997.
5. Wide dissemination of this Order is desired.
