ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 91 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. EDGARDO L CATILO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 56, Himamaylan, Negros Occidental is hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61,
Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, effective immediately and to
continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular
judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

The Hon. JOSE Y. AGUIRRE, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 55, Himamaylan, Negros Occidental, is hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 56,
Himamaylan, Negros Occidental, in addition to his regular duties in his
own court, effective immediately and to continue until the return of
Judge Catilo or until further orders from this Court.

Further the Hon. Jose Y. Agulrre is APPOINTED Executive
Judge, Regional Trial Court, Himamaylan, Negros Occidental, effective
immediately and to continue until 31 December 2000, unless his
appointment is sooner revoked or otherwise extended by the Court.

Both judges are entitled to an additional expense
allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No.
99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

This order revokes the designation of the Hon. Edgardo L. delos Santos pursuant to Administrative Order No. 128-98 dated September 24, 1998 and the appointment of Hon. Edgardo L. Catilo as Executive Judge, RTC, Himamaylan, Negros Occidental pursuant to Administrative Order No. 51-99 dated June 1, 1999.
