AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE PROVINCE OF AURORA IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (Aurora Mediation Program), to be held on August 1, 2016-September 30, 2016 at the Trial Courts of Aurora.
The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Aurora are required to prepare inventory of mediatable cases and refer them to the PMC Unit in Baler, Aurora starting August 1, 2016 and henceforth.

The participating Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall continue with the participation in the Court-Annexed Mediation Program in their courts, as mandated in the Consolidated and Revised Guidelines to Implement the Expanded Coverage of CAM and JDR.
