BOARD MEETING ON MAY 16, 2008 AND SEPTEMBER 26, 2008
|
The national officers and members of the Board of Trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC- COCAP) will hold their Board Meeting on May 16, 2008 and September 26, 2008 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the OCA Conference Room.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
Atty. Remiebel U. Mondia, National President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
