The amount of Two Million Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Three Pesos (PhP. 2,048,243.00), in salary savings from unfilled positions in the Office in the City Treasurer for the period January 1 to June 30,2014, under Ordinance No. 8329, shall be realigned and appropriated for the payment of overtime and night differential services rendered for the period July to December 2014:
