AMENDMENT TO SUGAR ORDER NO. 9, SERIES OF 1999-2000, DATED 14 JANUARY 2000
No. 9, Series of 1999-2000, dated 14 January 2000, to allow the
non-affiliated planters’ association who are late claimants to collect
their share in the P40.00/LKg-Bag Producer’s Margin.
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the
Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Sugar Order No. 9 shall be amended to read as follows:
“Section 2. The deadline for the submission of claim shall be extended from 14 July 2000 to 14 August 2000.”
SECTION 2. This Order shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3 . Other provisions of the aforesaid Sugar Order No. 9 shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular
Letters, Memoranda and/or rules and regulations contrary to or
inconsistent with this Sugar Order are hereby amended, modified or
revoked.
