Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby set aside and proclaim, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City for court site and other related purposes of the Court of Appeals Mindanao Station and more particularly described as follows:

The administration and management of the are covered by the reservation shall be under the Court of Appeals in coordination with the City Government of Cagayan de Oro.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
