Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item No. 3-G, 20, Irrigation-Hydroelectric Water Supply Project, Badian, Cebu, on page two hundred seventy-one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and one, is amended to read as follows:
“30. Hydroelectric Project, Badian, Cebu….200,000.00′
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
