The United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF), the National Council for Social Development (NCSD) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will be holding a seminar-workshop entitled “Colloquim II, Strengthening Legal Networking for Endangered Children” at the Communication Foundation for Asia from January 25 to 26, 1991.
