The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and the University of the Philippines Law Center (UPLC) are co-sponsoring a “Seminar on the Legal Information and Education on the CARP and Other Related Laws on Tenancy” on July 28 – 29, 1993, at the Sundowner Hotel, Cebu City.
