NOTICE OF NEW RENTAL RATES
National Administrative Register [ MIAA, September 01, 2009 ]
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 903, as amended, Batas
Pambansa Blg. 325 and MIAA Board Resolution No. 2008-022, the Manila
International Airport Authority hereby serves notice of new rental
rates, as approved by the DOTC Secretary and Cabinet, for certain
MIAA-owned lands and buildings located within the Ninoy Aquino
International Airport Complex as follows:
Pambansa Blg. 325 and MIAA Board Resolution No. 2008-022, the Manila
International Airport Authority hereby serves notice of new rental
rates, as approved by the DOTC Secretary and Cabinet, for certain
MIAA-owned lands and buildings located within the Ninoy Aquino
International Airport Complex as follows:
1. General Aviation Area A. Land A.1 Developed P47.31/sq.m A.2 Undeveloped 31.54/sq.m B. Hangar B.1 Office 90. 11/sq.m B.2 Hangar Proper 33.79/sq.m 2. Other Areas A. Land A.1 Developed 78.85/sq.m A.2 Undeveloped 67.58/sq.m B. Building B.1 Steel/Concrete 90. 11/sq.m B.2 Wooden/Light 78.85/sq.m C. International Cargo Terminal C.1 Ground Floor – Airlines P300.00/sq.m – Commercial 400.00/sq.m – Storage 150.00/sq.m C.2 Mezzanine – Airlines 400.00/sq.m – Commercial 400.00/sq.m
The new rental rates shall take effect on 01 September 2009.
