PHILIPPINES are hereby authorized to attend a Special. Board Mcctiti£
and the Regional Conference to be hold in Cagayan de Oro City en March 28 -29,
1996.
This is on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to
local funds if authorized and available.
A report of the attendance cf judges should be submitted to this Office
within ten (10) days from date of the meeting.
