On February 19, 2014, petitioner filed a Motion for Additional Extension of Time to File Petition for Review[1] from February 19, 2014 or until March 1, 2014.

The Petition for Review[2] was subsequently filed by the petitioner on March 3, 2014 which We hereby note. However, a perusal of the said Petition reveals that the petitioner failed to attach the following documents: (a) Memorandum of Appeal[3] dated January 5, 201; (b) PAGCOR’s Comment;[4] and (c) PAGCOR’s Motion for Reconsideration.[5]
Before acting on the Petition for Review therefore, petitioner is REQUIRED to submit the aforementioned documents within ten (10) days from notice.
