AMENDMENT ON GUIDELINES ON THE ACCREDITATION OF JAPANESE (PRINCIPAL) HIRING FILIPINO ARTISTS (OPAS)

Further to Memorandum Circular No. 15, series of 1997, the submission of a bank certificate for the $20,000 escrow deposit of the principal, as one of the amended documentary requirements for the renewal of accreditation of principals, shall no longer be required.
