ATTENDANCE AT THE CONFERENCE-SEMINAR ON FISHERIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS FOR JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) in
cooperation with the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Fisheries and
Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), will hold a three-day Conference-Seminar
on 28 to 30 October 2003 at Marco Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City.

Attendance of the judges in this seminar shall be
MANDATORY and OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel
expenses shall U reimbursed.
The judges should see to it that their respective
court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in
advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
