DECLARING MONDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS, on 12 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of the Battle of Batangas;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Municipality of Talisay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 12 October 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Batangas.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
