Acting on the Motion to Withdraw (Re: Petition for Certiorari dated 11 March 2014)[1] filed by petitioner through counsel on October 14, 2014 with attached Mediator’s Report[2] dated October 21, 2014 of Mr. Jack Andrew O. Miranda, Appellate Court Mediator, informing this Court the following: (1) that petitioner is withdrawing her petition to prevent further litigation on the matter on account of the execution of judgment made by respondents on August 18, 2014 at the National Labor Relations Commission; (2) that petitioner had paid respondent relevant awards pursuant to the Decision of the NLRC dated July 30, 2013 and its Resolution dated December 27, 2013; and, (3) that said motion be accepted and the case be terminated/dismissed.

WHEREFORE, as prayed for above, the Motion to Withdraw is GRANTED. Accordingly, consistent with this Court’s policy of encouraging amicable settlement of disputes, the instant petition is deemed WITHDRAWN and this case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
