Before this Court is a Joint Motion to Dismiss dated November 7, 2014 seeking the dismissal of this case with prejudice on the ground that petitioner and respondent, thru their respective counsels, have agreed to “mutually waive their claims and counterclaims subject of this action, as well as those that they could have raised herein, each party to bear his or its own costs.”
WHEREFORE, finding merit thereto, the joint motion at bench is GRANTED. The instant petition is DISMISSED and this case deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED.
