The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Aurora are required to attend and participate in the aforementioned Pre-Internship Orientation and Meeting.

The attendance in the aforementioned activities shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.
The participating judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court should see to it their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Pre-Internship Orientation and Meeting, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearings.
