By virtue of the grant of petitioner Arturo Miñao’s withdrawal of his petition, the Division Clerk of Court is hereby directed to issue a Partial Entry of Judgment with regard to him pursuant to Section 1 (b), Rule VII of the 2009 Internal Rules of the Court of Appeals, to wit:
“Section 1. Entry of Judgment. x x x
x x x(b) Entry of Judgment in civil cases shall be made immediately when an appeal is withdrawn or when a decision based on a compromise agreement is rendered.” (emphasis supplied)
WHEREFORE, the Division Clerk of Court is hereby directed to issue a Partial Entry of Judgment as to petitioner Arturo O. Miñao pursuant to Section 1 (b), Rule VII of the 2009 Internal Rules of the Court of Appeals.
