ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 35 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ILUMINADA M. INES. Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Sinait, llocos Sur is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Badoc – Pinili,
llocos Norte, in addition to her regular duties in her own court,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court. She shall be entitled to reimbursement of travelling
expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a
hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of
the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court: Badoc –
Pinili, llocos Norte pursuant to Administrative Order No. 120-98 dated
September 10, 1998.
