The following correction is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.
The last paragraph of PPA Memorandum Circular No. 01-2008 should read as follows-
“This Circular shall take effect on January 18, 2008, fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of genera! circulation.”
