REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6717, March 17, 1989
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MAYTUBIG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO FRANCISCO ESTEBAN SR. MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Maytubig Elementary School in the Municipality of Isabela, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Francisco Esteban Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 26, 1989 and December 2, 1988, respectively.
