Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83
of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or
settlement and reserve for municipal building, plaza, market and cemetery sites
purposes, under the administration of the municipality of San Mateo, subject to
private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain located
in the municipality of San Mateo, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and
more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Bsd-10188, to wit:

FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE

Lot No. 7033-B

“A parcel of land (lot 7033-B of the subdivision
plan Bsd-10188, being a portion of lot 7033 of the cadastral survey of
Santiago, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No.), situated in the poblacion, municipality of
San Mateo, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the NE., by lot 7035-D of the
subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan; on the
SW., by lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan (proposed road); and on the NW., by
lot 7033-D of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan,
being S. 37° 03′ E., 2,032.68 m. from B.L.L.M. 121, Santiago Cad. 211; thence
