STATUS REPORT ON THE CONDITION OF THE LOWER COURTS AND COURT PERSONNEL AFFECTED BY TYPHOON ONDOY
|
To effectively address the concerns of the courts and personnel
affected by the typhoon, you are hereby DIRECTED to: (a) DETERMINE the
damage on the Hall of Justice/building, court records and properties, as
well as the needs of our court personnel affected thereby; and (b)
SUBMIT, within five (5) days from notice, a REPORT on the action already
taken as regards the condition of the courts, records and properties
and assistance if any has been given to the employees; and
RECOMMENDATION as to other actions that need to be taken with the
assistance of the Office of the Court Administrator.Untitled Document
