The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in
partnership with the United States Agency for International Development
(USAID) and The Asia Foundation (TAF), will conduct the Orientation Seminar-Workshop on Comparative Analysis Between the Family Code and the Code of Muslim Personal Laws on August 14 to 16, 2007 at the Golden Pine Hotel, Carino cor. Legarda Road, Baguio City.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on
OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be
reimbursable after submission of the required documents.
The participating judges should see to it that their
respective court calendars would be properly managed for the duration
of their participation in the seminar and the parties are notified in
advance of any cancellation of hearings.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
