Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of SM-San Lazaro Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (SM-SLTODA), Inc., to read as follows:

“SM-SAN LAZARO TRICYCLE OPERATORS
AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION
(SM-SLTODA), INC.

Loading and Unloading Areas

1. From Felix Huertas Street near the corner of Tayabas Street (Northbound lane), to Felix Huertas Street corner Vertex Road
2. Felix Huertas Street corner Laguna Street
3. Felix Huertas Street corner MJC Drive”

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of SM-San Lazaro Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

“ASSOCIATION	R.M.C.
SM-San Lazaro Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. (SM-SLTODA)	150 Units

ROUTE
The authorized route line of operation shall begin in the area of Felix Huertas St. – Tomas Mapua St. – Oroquieta St. – Bambang St. – Quiricada St. – Fugoso St. – Masangkay St. and vice versa”.

SEC. 3. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on February 16, 2016.
