AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO SECTION 67 INSPECTION/CLEARANCE FEES FOR SUSPENDED HORSES

Please be informed that the Philracom Board, in its meeting on February 23, 2001, resolved to approve the amendment via addition to AUTHENTICATION of Section 67 of the Racing Rules – REGISTRATION FEES – the inspection of suspended horses and the issuance of related clearances certifying that said horses are fit to participate in the races with a fee of P100.00 per horse.
This rule shall take effect fifteen days after publication.
