REPUBLIC ACT NO. 334, July 20, 1948
AN ACT GRANTING MONETARY REWARD TO ANY PERSON WHO SHALL LOCATE OR FIND THE REMAINS OF THE LATE GOVERNOR HILARIO ABELLANA OF CEBU.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Any person who shall locate or find the remains of the late Governor Hilario Abellana of Cebu shall be granted a reward of five thousand pesos.
SEC. 2. The sum of five thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
