The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), and USAID-AGILE will jointly conduct a Training Seminar on the aforementioned topic for all the following Judges designated to handle cases involving Intellectual Property Rights, on November 20 – 21, 2001 (Tuesday to Wednesday), at the Philippine Judicial Academy, Tagaytay City:

Attendance of the Judge in this live-in Training Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
All property documented travel expenses, shall be reimburseable.
Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
