Quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Supreme Court En Bane dated 14 October 2008 in A.M. No. 08-10-4-SC. Re; Request of the Philippines Trial Judges League, Inc. for the Issuance of an Executive Order Allowing the Use of Number 17 as Protocol License Plate for First Level Court Judges.-“The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to FAVORABLY ENDORSE the request of the Philippine Trial Judges League, Inc. , that first level court judges be allowed to use the Number 17 as Protocol License Plate.”
