On February 20, 2015, petitioners, thru counsel, filed with this Court an Urgent Motion and Manifestation[1] dated February 17, 2015, stating that petitioners and respondents herein have arrived at a settlement of the money claims and awards made by the public respondent NCMB, as evidenced by the a) Compromise Agreement[2] (Annex “A”) dated February 6, 2015, executed by the respective counsel of private respondent Melchor L. Bautista and petitioners Sea Workforce Manila Corp., et al.; and, b) Joint Motion to Dismiss[3] (Annex “B”) also dated February 6, 2015, praying for the dismissal of this case.

Finding the Urgent Motion and Manifestation to be meritorious, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice. This petition, docketed as CA-G.R. SP No. 138358, is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
