Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Loo National Vocational Trade School and the Buguias National Trade School, both located in Municipality of Buguias, Sub-province of Benguet, Mountain Province, are hereby merged into one school, to be known as Buguias-Loo Agro-Industrial School. The site shall be in the Sitio of Loo, Municipality of Buguias, Sub-province of Benguet, Mountain Province.
SEC. 2. All sums heretofore appropriated for the Loo National Vocational Trade School and the Buguias National Trade School, whether released or not, are hereby consolidated to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
