DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KABASALAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kabasatan, Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 17 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
