RESERVING FOR CITY HALL PURPOSES A CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LEGASPI.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of
Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section
54(c), of the Revised Administrative Code, I hereby withdraw from salo or
settlement and reserve for City Hall purposes under the administration of the
City of Legaspi, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain property
of the private domain of the Government situated in Legaspi City and more
particularly described as follows:

“LOT 132
Legaspi Cad. 47

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 132 of the cadastral survey
of Legaspi, G.L.R.O. Cad. Record No. ______), together with the improvements
existing thereon, situated in the Poblacion Municipality of Albay, Province of
Albay, now City of Legaspi. Bounded on the N., by Provincial Road, and on the
E., S. and W., by Road. Beginning at a point marked “l” on plan, being S. 31
deg. 42’ E., 2.62 m. from B.L.L.M. l, Legaspi Cad. 47,

thence S. 2 deg. 09’ E., 61.16m. to point “2”;
thence S. 88 deg. 43’ W., 126.33 m. to point “3”;
thence N. 3 deg. 19’ E., 61.10 m. to point “4”;
thence N. 88 deg. 36’ E., 120.52 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area of SEVEN THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY TWO (7,532) Square Meters, more or less. All points
referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Corners;
bearings true; declination 0 deg. 55’ E.; date of the cadastral survey, Dec.
1913 – March, 1915.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of
June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the
