ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 116 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. TERESA P. SORIASO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, San Fernando, Pampanga is hereby DESIGNATED
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, Manila,
effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders
from this Court.
Hon. PEDRO M. SUNGA, JR., Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 42, San Fernando, Pampanga, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, same court, in
addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately
and to continue until the return of Judge Teresa P. Soriaso or
until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an
additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in
the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc, dated February 2,
1999.
