OCA CIRCULAR NO. 55-2011, May 03, 2011

The Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) will hold their Board Meetings on May 12 to 13, 2011 at the PACE Headquarters, 5th Floor, Manila City Hall.

In connection therewith, the following officers, board members and advisers are hereby authorized to attend said board meetings on May 12 to 13, 2011, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Nona P. Cabacungan, National President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the last meeting.
