BELINDA B. GRIÑO PETITIONER, VS. NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS COMMISSION (THIRD DIVISION), REX BOOKSTORE, INC. AND JUANITO FONTELERA, RESPONDENTS.
Decisions / Signed Resolutions February 28, 2014 FORMER THIRTEENTH DIVISION SADANG, J.:
SADANG, J.:
For resolution is petitioner’s Motion for Reconsideration[1] assailing this Court’s Decision[2] dated February 28, 2014, the fallo of which reads:
[1] Rollo, pp. 540-546.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition is DENIED. The Decision dated July 30, 2010 and Resolution dated September 14, 2010 of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), 3rd Division in NLRC-LAC Case No. 09-002367-09(8) (NLRC NCR Case No. 07-09761-08) are hereby AFFIRMED.
SO ORDERED.
Upon due consideration, We find that the Motion for Reconsideration raises essentially the same arguments which have already been extensibly discussed and ruled upon and there is no justifiable or compelling reason to reverse Our findings.
WHEREFORE, for lack of merit, the Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
SO ORDERED.
Dimaampao, (Chairperson), and Ybañez, JJ., concur.
