DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea! of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
